Global Profile: Figure Competitor Cecilie Lind


This time on Global Profile we are making a drop in the country of Denmark. The athlete we are about meet has beside a sucCecilie-Lind1cessful fitness career her own company called The Protein Kitchen. In addition, she has also written her own cooking book and works as a personal trainer. Moreover she has been involved in different projects which focused on questions about medical and social healthcare.

Additionally, it’s time to welcome figure competitor Cecilie Lind for an interview with Rising Muscle.srtywer

RM: Cecilie, it has been a while since your last competition at Arnold Amateur
 in Columbus Ohio back last year. How did the contest go and how was your whole impression of it all?

CL: Well, first of all, it was such an amazing experience, and a great honor to be on that stage. I placed 14 out of a lot of great athletes, so no ficecilie-5nals for me. But I had no expectations at all, and the other athletes was just much better than me 🙂

RM: What is next for you in your fitness career?

CL: Right now, I am focusing a lot on my Company and book, The Protein Kitchen. A lot is happening, and I can’t wait to share the news 🙂 If I will be competing again, it will probably be my last time on stage 🙂 

RM: I know that you have some projects and businesses going for you – would you like to tell us a bit about that?

CL: As mentioned before, my Company is growing rapidly and worldwide. A lot is going on, but I have to Keep the details to myself until I can reveal them.. And trust me, it’s so hard to Keep these secrets 🙂

RM: What does a day in Cecilie Lind’s life look like – from the time you get up until you go to bed?

CL: I get up a 5.30 or 6 in the morning, walk the dog, eat breakfast or do an early cardio session. I go to a lot of523523_10151703901121247_115889021_n meetings regarding The Protein Kitchen, or I have 2-6 clients per day. At the afternoon I go to the gym for an hour of weightlifting, afterward I have more Work to do 🙂 I prepare my meals at Night before bedtime. Even though I’m Very busy and Work a lot, I still have to eat to Function and to keep my body healthy. 

I go to bed way too late, and always Dream about my Protein Pancakes haha 🙂

RM: What are your favorite things to do besides training?

CL: BAKING!!! Haha.. I love to spend time with my loved ones. If I could.. I would travel all the time. I really love what I do, I love my job – The Protein Kitchen is my passion, and I simply love to spend my time working with this, and at the same time inspire, help and motivate other people in all ages.
