CL: I get up a 5.30 or 6 in the morning, walk the dog, eat breakfast or do an early cardio session. I go to a lot of meetings regarding The Protein Kitchen, or I have 2-6 clients per day. At the afternoon I go to the gym for an hour of weightlifting, afterward I have more Work to do 🙂 I prepare my meals at Night before bedtime. Even though I’m Very busy and Work a lot, I still have to eat to Function and to keep my body healthy.
