Being injured or unable to perform the squat can be frustrating since its a great exercise to build legs. More than that squats are great a compound movement to implement since it works the whole body essentially.
However, when someone don’t have to ability to squat properly there are substitutes. For example leg presses or doing lunges. In fact there are a variety of exercises which also effectively builds quads and hamstring.
