Shawn Rhoden aka “Flexatron” and Frenchman Stan “Stanimal” De Longeaux are on the road to competing at the Olympia in Las Vegas. In the featured video, they train a heavy shoulder session at Gold’s Gym in Santa Monica. Their guide through the workout is “Mr. Psycho Fitness” – Christopher Lewis.
This year’s Olympia is one of the more anticipated ones in the later years. New for this year is that the general prize money is raised to $1.36 Million. Furthermore, this time around that the audience gets the chance to vote for their Mr. Olympia winner.
Rhoden has been at the top at the Olympia for many years and is still considered as a top candidate.
Stanimal, makes his debut at the Olympia this year by winning the San Marino Pro in 2017.
