Fresh salads can be a great way to add flavor and nutrition to your meals. Think outside the box for a change and use different ingredients! Chicory is a leafy green that is great for digestion and liver health that also tastes awesome. Fresh green leaf lettuce and red and yellow bell peppers round off the flavor and add phytonutrients. Don’t waste your time trying to make all of your food every day…bulk food prep works!
