Powerlifter and Bodybuilder Larry “Wheels” Williams recently made an impressive lift of 315 lbs x 6 repetitions
When it comes to strong bodybuilders there are a few names like Johnnie O. Jackson, 8x Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Stan “The White Rhino” Efferding that comes to mind.
However, let’s not forget the talented bodybuilder and powerlifter Larry Wheels who at a very young age has made remarkable strength achievements as well.
Many of the mentioned bodybuilders peaked their strength later on in their years and careers while Wheels at only 23 is already is breaking world records in powerlifting.
In addition, Wheels has also competed successfully as an amateur bodybuilder and won his first bodybuilding competition plus the overall at the NPC Gold Coast Muscle Classic in California.
