Rice is an incredibly popular carbohydrate source for many reasons; it’s great tasting, economical, highly accessible, easy to store and gluten free. That said, there is no reason to eat your rice plain when there are so many great ways to improve both the flavor and nutrition profiles. In this segment, I share some of my favorite ways to “spice my rice”. Enjoy!
