Rather than writing a wordy report on the show, David Bourlet and I decided to do extra filming before, during and after the Ferrigno Legacy so you could “experience” it with us. Part I ~ “The Friday Before” can be seen below. I still wish to say how proud I am of Dave Bourlet and Matt Cook for placing 2nd in their classes, and even more so for how hard they work day in and out. They both make my job as a prep coach very easy. Additionally, thanks to Chris Minnes, his other half Ifbb Pro Bojana Vasiljevic, Lou Ferrigno, Lou Louie Ferrigno II and the whole crew for making the Ferrigno Legacy above 1st class!
