RM: Kasia, would you like to tell us what a day in your life look like? – from the time you get up and go to bed:

K1609866_230125963778274_1105811092_nH: A day in the life of me is usually jammed packed with a lot to do! After waking i have my morning coffee and go for my morning cardio, come home and have my first meal of the day usually being oats and a protein shake. Then i either get started on preparing my day, organising my food and uniform for the day, pack my work bag and make sure all my food and supps is ready to go. Then its off to the gym to train!! Depending on the body part,  im at the gym anywhere between 1-2hours. Then home to shower, eat and get ready for work! I’m a flight attendant, and work the afternoon shifts usually so i start anywhere between 11am and 3pm.

I fly domestically in Australia so the shifts vary. Throughout the day every 2-3hours i eat a small meal of chicken and green vegetables with some sweet potato and always have a large water bottle with me to stay hydrated as flying can really dehydrate you and you can feel very lathargic. When i finish work i head home for one last protein shake before bed and I usually relax on the lounge for an hour after work before bed.1924555_10152800659380070_1186009185558847961_n

RM: For how many years have you been training?

KH. I have been seriously weight training under the guidance of Nathan and Andy Page from NP coaching for almost 3 years now.

RM: What are your future goals as a bikini competitor?

KH: My future goals as a bikini competitor are to obviously obtain my pro card eventually, but more of a short term goal is to really make an impact in my division at this years national championships and our first amateur olympia with the hope of representing Australia overseas. I would also love to break into the fitness modelling career side of things.

RM: What does your weekly training schedule look like?

KH; My weekly training schedule is as follows:

Day1: hammies and glutes
Day2: shoulders
Day3: hiit cardio workout
Day4: legs
Day5: back
Day6: hanmies and Glutes
Day7: rest day

I find this to be a great training split as it works well with my work schedule and i can move things around if need be.

dddRM: What are your passions besides training?

KH: My passions, other than training would definitely have to be modelling and acting, I’ve always danced from a young age.

RM: Okey,  time to wrap up this interview, if there is anyone you want to thank or something you might want to add – please feel free to do so:

KH: I would like to thank Nathan and Andy Page from NP coaching and Fitness Republic.

RM: Thank you Kasia to sharing your background story and what some of your future goals. Keep up the great work and best of luck in the forthcoming! We would also like to thank Paul Graham Jr. for the making this interview possible / Team RM
