RM: Sarah, what is the best thing about the fitness lifestyle according to you?
SL: I am defiantly a more confident, self-assured woman. I have also met some pretty amazing people & gained life long friendships.
RM: Who has the ideal physique in your opinion?
SL: Amanda Latona… She has great overall muscle tone while still maintaining a feminine physique
RM: Have you been involved in any other sports before you became a bikini athlete?
SL: No not really…only in high school. Track & basketball
RM: Which are your favorite supplements?
SL: GAT supplements…I love with Muscle Martini & Jet Fuel
RM: what does your weekly training schedule look like?
SL: I hit the gym 4-5 times a week… Start with 30mins cardio plus my work out Alternate between upper body/lower body workouts Plus abs at every workout. My competition schedule includes 30mins fasted cardio 7 days a week Workouts 6 days a week.
RM: When will we see you on stage again?
SL: I hope to hit the stage this summer at The Victoria Cup
