RM:  Denisa, would you like to tell us how you got involved in bikini fitness?

DE: I started to compete in autumn 2012. Before i competed I was training about 1,5 year but it was more on a hobby level. In that time I wasn’t even thinking about future competing. I was improving and people around me noticed that I am in very good shape. In 2012 our national fede1375976_592902380756166_1430067382_nration opened a new category bikini fitness, so I get an impulse from my boyfriend to try it.

DE: I am aiming to qualify through Slovakian national championship to compete at the European championship in Santa Susanna, Spain 2015. This is number one thing that I am focused on at the moment. If everything will goes well, maybe I will try Olympia Amateur in Barcelona. These are my goals for close future – spring season.

RM: Who is your favorite athlete and why – it can of course be outside of fitness as well:

Christina Strom Fjaere – Pro bikini fitness.  I like her too much, she is very beautiful and her body is amazing.

DE: At the moment I train 6 times a week. Before every exercise I stretch. My everyday workout is mix of various styles and techniques. I use TRX equipment, resistance bands, fit balls and many more, besides that I train with machines and weights of course. I practise pilates once a week and I do a lot of gymnastic based exercises.

RM: When are you planning to compete again?10441049_1570536459847405_4856657971123273473_n
