RM: Francesca, being an IFBB Pro means that you have put down a lot of hard work and dedication to get to where you are. What would you say are your strong points in your physique – and what are you aiming improve?
FL: My legs and arms are my strong points in my physique however I am always working on fine tuning my overall package. Right now I am working on rounding out my glutes while maintaining my tie in. I honestly take it day by day as I find it to be more of a balancing act . As a bikini competitor I want to have nice full muscle mass however maintain soft feminine curves and that has been more of a challenge then one would think.
RM: when will we see you compete onstage again?
FL: Hoping to compete at the Bikini International in 2015. I am also looking at competing in the St. Louis, Toronto, & Dallas shows to start with next year.
RM: If you would be transformed into an animal – which one do you believe that mother nature would have chosen to be the most fitting one for you – and why?
FL: Hmm personality wise I would say a Dolphin. I am a pretty cheerful, bright, and energetic. I am very caring and can be a bit protective. I definitly want to keep my friends and family happy, will tackle almost any problem that comes my way and enjoy relaxing, playing, and keeping a childish gleam throughout life.
RM: What is the best and the worst thing about doing a contest preparation?
FL: My favorite part of contest prep is watching my physic transform as my diet and training changes. I am always amazed how things progress from show to show. My least favorite part or what I consider the most challenging is balancing show prep with day-to-day life. I believe it’s important to have the lifestyle of a competitor viewed as a part of my life but not what defines my life.
RM: Would you like to share what you’re daily schedule look like from the time you wake up and go to bed again?
FL: My morning starts with breakfast then I head out to take my kids to school. During the day I get my personal gym time in then I am either training a client, working on a suit for my Bikini Bella line, catching up on emails and other correspondence or coordinating VIP reservations for Fifth Avenue Lounge. In the afternoon I pick up my kids get them home to help them with homework, cook up dinner then prep anything needed for the next day.
RM: Ok Francesca It’s time for the last words, please feel free to thank someone or maybe add something else:
