Rm joey p.

Canada, Canada and yes, Canada is most defiantly one of the countries that produces many talented athletes in the bodybuilding and fitness industry. This time on Global Profile we are about to meet a young bodybuilder from the city of Montreal, Quebec. This athlete is on the rise and is training hard and dedicated to reach his dream, to one day become an IFBB Prjoey2o.

Let’s welcome Joey Pyotnka to Rising Muscle,

RM: Joey,  would you like to introduce yourself to the readers:

I’m 24 years old I started workout when I was 12 years old, my mom actually introduced me to weight lifting. I came from a poor family. She always helped me a lot throughout all these years. I work in a gym near Montreal in Quebec. I’m 5’7″ ft / 173 cm 245 lbs 111 kg right now.

Earlier shows: 2008 Regional 18 y-o place 2 2009 Provincial 19 y-o first place junior and 7-15 men open 2010 WBFF 20 y-o first place over all men open 2013 Regional men heavy class first place + over all 2013 provincial men heavy 2rd 2014 National ( first time ) 3rd 2016 planning to go north America or national get that IFBB Pro card.

RM: When it comes to developing a great physique what’s the hardest part according to you?

JP: I think it’s not just dieting or training it’s to balance everything to friends ( social ) family to diet cooking and hard training. If there is something wrong, like your family do not understand you will have hard time doing what you love.

My keys t420031_10151811628813289_209678743_no success are:

– Family

– Friends

– Dedication

– Hard Work

RM: When are you planning to compete next and what is your biggest goal you want to achieve when it comes to bodybuilding?

The next goal for me is, the North Americans which I think is in Ohio April 2016. Before the contest  I will take a year off ( But I’ve already started the prep ) I need a drastic changes I will work on point that I think I need to improve ! Still lot of homework to do, it’s all about self-knowledge right and I’m learning every day.

RM: How would you describe your training style?

JP: High intensity + volume most time even in contest! During content I go on higher rep and contraction to get more fiber definition! This is why I createdthousand reps crew. Off season I do 3 days on 1 day off 1 day on 1 day off repeat I target alot warm up, they can take 25-35min warm up. I do posture warm up also, so I avoid alot most guys injury even if I go as heavy as 500lbs Incline bench press haha10364017_10153204310698289_6826410290807014008_n

RM: When is your next competition and what would you like to improve before you step on stage the next time?

JP: Before the North America in April 2016 I need to bring up my fullness in my chest and delt, separate triceps from the delt, present myself even dryer ( paper skin ) I want to bring full and round muscle. We already set up a plan for that.

RM: who are your role models or favorite physiques in bodybuilding?

JP: We all know Kai Green haha But the way he’s thinks is pretty much the way I do ! It first started with Dorian Yates and his techniques and intensity as always been my favorite. I like Kevin Levrone and Ronnie Coleman. mostly the old school guys as you see  haha.

RM: If we would open your refrigerator right now what would we find?

JP: hmmm so many thing1618498_10152606851613289_1459463796_ns.

Egg whites, whole eggs, water, fruit and veggies. No bad stuff really. except when I’m tired I take a diet mountain Dew. I only got what’s on plan at home, when I have a cheat I go pick up something at the grocery so it wont last few days at home.

RM: It’s time for the wrap up, is there anyone you would like to thank or anything you would like to mention please feel free to do so:

I first want to thanks You Anders you have brought me so many good ideas and thereby helped me out ! I also want thank the owner of Vikings Nutrition Montreal he has helped me since 2010 and he has teached me so many things.

My mom, who has invested time and money into my dream she did not have any vacation just because she wanted me to perform. So that’s why I want to turn pro and do pro show, so she will come and fly across the world to see me shine. I would also like to thank all of my friends and followers thank you for support.

RM: Right back at you Joey, thank you for the interview. From my perspective there are a lot of struggling athletes and bodybuilders on the rise that is really worth to be recognized. The coverage is the least we can do. Best of luck Joey and we are looking forward to connect with you again in the future.
