NEW EDITION OF THE PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIALIST COURSE AT THE IFBB ACADEMY IN CURAÇAO!

Organized by the IFBB Caribe academy and its president Tony Peña in collaboration with the Curaçao Federation, a successful personal training specialist course taught by Professor Mauricio de Arruda Campos took place last weekend.

With more than 30 participants, the attendees have been able to enjoy both a theoretical and practical part as well as a special session on anti-doping in the world of sport.

Coinciding with the course, the President of the Confederation of Central America and the Caribbean, Giovanni Arendsz, paid a visit to meet with the athletes and leaders of the course.

The group was received by the president of the IFBB Curaçao and member of the executive board of the Caribbean, Mr. Francesco Arubas and Arita Van der Biezen.

The course included topics such as: What it takes to become a successful personal trainer, how to design effective training and nutrition plans for different types of clients, the importance of marketing and branding in the fitness industry, health and safety for athletes, as well as a special session on anti-doping.

The participants had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the fields of nutrition and sports science. They were also able to discuss with experts about their career paths in the fitness industry and gave tips on how to become a successful personal trainer.

The course was a great success and the knowledge gained can be used to further develop the fitness industry in Curaçao and beyond.
