I placed 4th at the Dennis James Classic 2014 Bikini Pro , Phoenix, Arizona.
I am going compete at the same contest this year and me and my coach Pavol Korpáš believe i can place better this time. This will be my second show from a total of 5 where I wanna compete in this season. Please, Keep your fingers crossed my loves. I feel your support and I really very appreciate it. I am woman! I am not 100% lean , shred and i am not in contest shape all Year long. For every single contest and every single step on The stage i have to work hard without excuses. I post my actual pic when iam in prep first week. I ´ve been in off season 4 months from The End Of Olympia. Why i do that ? I wanna motivate u. I wanna if u see i wasnt Born with Pro Bikini body and my sucsess its about my decisions and my hard work. Everything it’s just Up to u !!! U can be who u wanna be. Its Ur choice, Ur Life, Ur way. It’s never to late. So i wanna motivate also myself and i ´ll be posting my pic every week ! U can be with me all my prep for IFBB Pro 2015 season and see how things works if u want. Fat vs Muscle everybody ask me when they work out why they don’t lose weight. My answer is : because muscles r more heavy than fats. So my dears just be patient and remember ! If u wanna lose fat u need to build Ur Muscle!!! stay focused and Follow your goals

Lunch time if u try to be in shape just Make sure u eat right ! Nutritions are 70% Of Ur success. U need enough proteins that s True. BUT! Dont forget Of right carbs, Good fats and Of course Of minerals and vitamins.
Everybody think if u wanna be tight and lean with Nice muscle shape u have to eat a lot Of proteins. Remember !!! It Will never works Without carbs and fats also. Talk with Ur nutrition specialist or coach.
